10/apr/2012 19:32GMT, It seems the SIP server has just an hero'd on us. I'm restoring backups to a spare box now. Apologies to all affected. I'd say call our NOC, but er.. yeah. SIP users have been automatically emailed and I'll personally call you all later to make sure we're back up and running properly. Again, my apologies, and I'll start working on the backup now.
